Additional Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this latest photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling distinct parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
